Treatment times vary for each type of dermal filler. They can vary from 10 to 30 minutes. All procedures are done in the office and no anesthesia is required. Pain is typically at a minimum and we take every effort to make you as comfortable as possible during the procedure. As soon as the procedure is completed, you are free to drive home and resume your daily activities unless directed otherwise by the physician. There are possible restrictions on daily activity and we don’t encourage patients exercising the day of the procedure or laying down flat for a few hours after neurotoxin injections.
