Profhilo® usually consists of two five-minute treatments, one month apart, which are then followed by top-up treatments, every six months, in order to maintain the results. Results are usually visible after about four weeks and increase over time as new collagen and elastin are formed. The effects are long-lasting: they typically last around 6 months and the feedback from our patients to date has been fantastic. As with any injectable treatment, there are minor risks, including bruising and swelling, however, these are very rare.
